Fields with vast plains of SPA (Special Protection Area for Birds) varied avifauna dotted with lagoons, abounding tench, and rocky riverbanks caused by entrenchment of the Tajo and Almonte Salora rivers suitable for fishing and water sports on the many kilometers of interior coast that shape their backwaters waters that flow into the wide Alcántara reservoir.
