FOUNTAIN VALLE SERRÃO Originally located in the Valle Serrão, parish of San Juan Bautista, this historical fountain is now integrated in one of the entrances of the village. The date of its construction is unknown. But it´s known, it was acquired by the Board of Freguesía Santa Maria da de la Dehesa, an antique village on October 10, 2000 and placed in San Vicente Ferrer in 2004, simultaneous with the revaluation project area Boavista - Moutosa. This source has a central body consisting of a cement wall covered with a thin plaster and painted white, which was embedded the frontispiece. This has a rectangular shape and is formed by well cut granite blocks. The water flows from the nozzle from brass to a drain after being led through a channel into a small tank constructed in front of the source.GalleryDetailsMapAddress: Europa Avenue 7320 Castelo de VideTown: Castelo de VideCountry: Portugal View the embedded image gallery online at: http://www.porterrasraianas.com/en/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=29043&itemid=435&catid=149#sigFreeIdd0cc4c74cb JavaScript must be enabled in order for you to use Google Maps.
