PEÑA BURACA Known as the Canchal in both eyes for having large holes in stone. It seems to be a prehistoric sanctuary drilled on a rock with two large holes, from which the name of the hole, the environment is surrounded by cysts, anthropomorphic tombs and buckets. Another interpretation suggests that it is the representation of a Celtic god. It is located on a private farm in the town, but accessed by Piedras Albas.GalleryDetailsMapTown: AlcántaraCountry: España View the embedded image gallery online at: http://www.porterrasraianas.com/en/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=26045&itemid=435&catid=154#sigFreeId757a74553c JavaScript must be enabled in order for you to use Google Maps.
