The building is constructed over the XVI and XVII, where Pedro de Ibarra, Master Builder of the Military Order of Alcántara worked centuries.

All work is done in masonry slate and granite blocks with a single nave has a semicircular apse. The door opens with a bow. Highlights some late Gothic openings and masonry buttresses. The tower is separated from the rest of the construction. Inside you portable art pieces made ??by local craftsmen, especially the Virgen de la Soledad and carving of Santiago Matamoros and shield of the Pacheco, hired after the pillar of the pulpit.
