SOLAR HOUSE OF CABRERA

The Cabrera family became one of the most illustrious families of the eighteenth century in Extremadura, which was granted Vizcondado Tower Albarragena during the reign of Charles II.

The present building dates from the eighteenth century. Your plan is organized around a courtyard with porticoes on three sides with double semicircular arches supported by granite columns, with galleries covering safes. The façade features a hinged hood and granite lintel moldings ornamented with geometric design. Above the door, the balcony frames recercado granite and flanked by two helmets and shields ornamented with gains within brackets cut, which are supported by pilasters attached to the wall.
